Mediterranean Style Tuna Salad | Easy High Protein Lunch Idea

I know it can get a bad rap, but this Mediterranean style tuna salad may just change the way you think canned tuna! Tuna is an affordable high protein option and has definitely been a staple in my rotation as I've been trying to eat high protein post partum. I hope you enjoy this easy lunch idea!


You will need:

  • Cucumbers

  • One red bell pepper

  • Tomato

  • Kalamata Olives (make your life easier and buy them pitted)

  • Canned Tuna

  • Feta Cheese

  • Olive Oil

  • Balsamic Vinegar

  • Mayonaise


Recipe:

  1. In a large bowl, combine 1 tbsp of mayo with your tuna

  2. Chop 1/2 of your bell pepper, 1/2 of your tomato, 1/2 of a cucumber and your olives and feta cheese to your liking.

  3. Add all of your your ingredients to your bowl and drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar.

  4. Enjoy!
